Storytelling for Success
- a project of the Emerging Leaders 2011/2012 class
You know the statistics: companies with more women at the top have higher stock price growth … higher ROE … higher EBIT. But why? What makes women leaders successful? We’ve asked a few Kansas City businesswomen to share their stories of bright spots along their paths to success. By experiencing the lessons of these remarkable leaders in their words, in their voice, it is our hope that adding life to the statistics will prompt us all to evolve into the women leaders our community needs.
The stories of the following businesswomen are available on podcast on the CX website. However, you must be a CX member to access the podcasts.
