The AHEAD Program
Adele Hall Endowment for Advancement and Development
AHEAD is a Central Exchange endowment fund established in honor of 2000 Woman of the Year and originating member, Adele Hall.
AHEAD enables The Central Exchange to broaden its membership base, reaching women who may not otherwise have the resources to join. Through Central Exchange programs and connections, AHEAD members discover new ways to get ahead in their jobs and in the community.
As a self-directed group, AHEAD participants are committed to taking full advantage of the professional and personal development opportunities offered by The Central Exchange.
AHEAD candidates submit application in the late spring and are interviewed during the summer. A new class begins each September.
