Co-Sponsorship: All events or programs co-sponsored by The Central Exchange must be reviewed by the CEO and comply with the policy guidelines as approved by The Central Exchange board. E-mail Policy: The Central Exchange reserves the use of members' e-mail addresses for internal marketing. The Program Director sends e-mail messages to inform the entire membership of programs, services available to members, canceled programs, Cafe 1020 closings, and other important information. Members who would not like to be included on this list (and wish not to receive regular CX e-mails), should notify the Membership Director. Employment Opportunities: As a source of information for members and the community, employment opportunities may be posted on our bulletin board or Web site. The Central Exchange does not participate in screening of candidates for employment. Ideas: Suggestions and concerns should be made in writing and given to the CEO or the Membership Director. Non-Member Access to Programs and Dining: Non-members are welcome to attend programs as a member's guest or on their own. Non-members attending programs will be required to pre-pay by credit card, unless the member requests that the charges be billed to his or her account. The Central Exchange will allow non-members to dine at Cafe 1020 when invited by a member or staff member. Guest charges can be applied to member accounts. Directory: A directory of Central Exchange members is published annually and is a benefit available only to members. Discretion in the use of this information is requested. The new directory is printed and mailed each year. Sale of labels with member names/addresses: Central Exchange members can purchase member mailing labels for promotional use with approval of the CEO or board chair. Members who do not wish to be included on this list should notify the Membership Director. Certain restrictions apply. Call for details. Use of 'The Central Exchange' name: The name "The Central Exchange" and associated logo are registered trademarks of The Central Exchange and cannot be used in selling or promoting any product or in soliciting business.
