Emerging Leaders Year-Long Program
Target: High potential women leaders, leaders in new positions, one of the first women in leadership in their organization.
This year-long program offered by Central Exchange and presented by Right Management, develops leadership capabilities by building on personal strengths and developing and implementing a plan to fill gaps and take participants to the next level in their careers. Each session focuses on a different leadership competency and includes group and facilitated discussions and practical strategies to apply in your own organization. The monthly sessions also feature a thought leader who is a successful woman, such as Sandy Price, SVP of HR at Sprint, Becky Blades, Chairwoman, Trozzolo Communications Group, Julie Quirin, CEO of St. Lukes Hospital, Doranne Hudson, Executive in Residence, UMKC Bloch School and Nancy Mellard EVP and General Counsel of CBIZ Benefits and Insurance.
The 2012-213 program began in September and we anticipate that the 2013-2014 program will begin September 2013.
