Target: High potential women leaders, leaders in new positions, one of the first or among few women in leadership in their organization.

This year-long program offered by The Central Exchange and presented by Right Management, develops leadership capabilities by building on personal strengths and developing and implementing a plan to fill gaps and take participants to the next level in their careers. Each session focuses on a different leadership competency and includes group and facilitated discussions and practical strategies to apply in your own organization.

The next series begins September 2010.
The group meets monthly from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Enrollment is limited to 20.

Women at the Leading Edge
Dynamic Leadership Development and Self-Awareness Program

Target audience: Successful women at any point in their careers, ready to move to deeper levels of personal and professional mastery and expand their understanding and use of power as leaders.

Re-examine leadership skills and set life-changing goals in this seven-part program, now in its 18th year. Facilitator Dr. Linda Moore focuses on the psychological underpinnings of leadership. Participants explore and develop leadership abilities, and determine how and where they can apply their skills to make a difference for themselves and others in their professional and personal lives.



The 2009 Women at the Leading Edge series starts Friday, February 26, 2010.
