The Central Exchange Education Foundation is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization formed in 1999. The Foundation has several functions including presenting educational programs designed to promote the personal and professional growth and development of women, and fostering community service and business leadership by women.
Funds from Central Exchange Education Foundation help underwrite several educational program series presented at Central Exchange including: Pacesetters and Pioneers, Americas Creative Crossroads, CEO Series, and programs focusing on leadership and professional development. In addition, the Foundation presents an annual leadership conference, Central Exchange Leadership Lyceum, the Emerging Leaders program and Women at the Leading Edge series.
Current directors of the Foundation are: President, Susan McGreevy; Vice President and Treasurer, Joan Cohen; Joanne Collins, Rachel Ronan, Jeanie Latz, and Ronda Philpott. Central Exchange Board Chair Denise Kruse, and Central Exchange Interim President Joan Cohen are ex officio members of the board. The board meets three or four times a year.
Donations to the Foundation are tax deductible and members are encouraged to support the organization either by attending fundraising events or by making a donation.
